The Skin Society Is Here - And Here's Why We Built It
There's a pattern I see in clinic almost every week.
A client comes in for a treatment. Results are good. We talk about when to come back, what to book next, how to build on what we've done. Life happens. Three months becomes five. They come back in, and we're starting from scratch.
It's not a criticism - it's just how it goes when aesthetics is treated as a one-off purchase rather than an ongoing investment. But the clients who get the best long-term results from their skin aren't the ones who do the most treatments. They're the ones who do the right treatments, consistently, over time.
That's the thinking behind The Skin Society - Arca's new membership programme, launching May 2026 alongside our new flagship clinic at Sandton Gate.
What Is The Skin Society?
The Skin Society is a monthly membership that gives you a structured, budgeted, and consistent approach to your skin.
Each month, your debit order accumulates as treatment credit in your Arca account. You decide when to use it, which treatments to apply it to, and how to build your plan over time — with guidance from Dr Adè at every step. Your rate is locked in at today's price for the life of your membership. And your credit rolls over, so nothing is ever wasted.
It's not a contract that locks you into services you don't want. It's a smarter way to budget for the skin you're already investing in.
Three Tiers, One Standard of Care
There are three tiers in The Skin Society. The difference between them is the monthly investment - not the quality of care, and not who is administering your treatments.
Sleek Society — R850/month Our anti-wrinkle budgeting tool. Built around clients who want one consistent treatment and want to manage that investment without thinking about it every time.
Savvy Society — R1,500/month Our most popular tier. Designed for clients who are ready to build a real skin plan — combining injectables, skin treatments, and products over time. Includes a complimentary annual Skin Strategy consultation and access to member-only events.
Boujee Society — R2,200/month Our premium tier for clients who want the full Arca experience. The highest treatment credit, the most flexibility, and first access to everything new at Arca — new treatments, new products, new clinic spaces. Includes a complimentary quarterly Skin Strategy consultation, priority booking, and exclusive member events.
Why Membership Makes Clinical Sense
Aesthetics is not a one-appointment discipline. The skin you want at 45 is built in your 30s. The maintenance you do now determines how much correction you'll need later.
A membership doesn't just make financial sense - it keeps you in a rhythm. It means I see you regularly enough to track change, adjust a plan, catch something early, or simply tell you that your skin is doing well and you don't need anything right now. That last one matters more than people think.
The Skin Society is not about spending more. It's about spending consistently and intentionally, on treatments that actually move the needle - rather than booking reactively when something bothers you.
How to Join
The Skin Society opens for membership from 1 May 2026, coinciding with the opening of our new flagship clinic at Sandton Gate, 25 Minerva Ave.
Membership starts with a Skin Strategy consultation with Dr Adè — a full-face skin analysis that maps your skin concerns, your treatment history, and your goals, and builds a plan from there. This is included in your first month across all tiers.
You can join online, in clinic, or via WhatsApp. We'll be in touch with everything you need before your first appointment.
A Note From Dr Adè
"I started Arca because I believed aesthetics could be done differently - more clinically, more honestly, with more attention to the person and less to the transaction. The Skin Society is an extension of that belief. It's a way for me to see my clients more consistently, plan more thoughtfully, and build the kind of long-term results that I'm actually proud of. I'm excited. I think you will be too."
